Hello,
I am Federico Tomassetti. I was born the 27th of April, 1982. You do not have now anymore an excuse to forget to send me an “Happy Birthday” on my birthday. Knowledge is responsability.
I am… well, I student for some months again. I am a dreamer and a lot of other stuff, here to be discovered for people having the will to.
I have a strong passion about software development. I started playing with MD-DOS’s batch scripts when I was 8. I passed through Pascal, Assembler, C, a lot of C++ (I loved it for its complexity) and then Java (when I got sick of C++’s complexity). I used for a bit also Ruby, Python and other languages. Today I am more interested in design patterns and model driven development than into languages. For a period I fell in love for Aspect Oriented Programming too. I recovered. A bit. But I am still faithful in Design by contract. It’s the kind of thing the happens when you face the Eiffel programming language.
I live in Turin (Torino), in the northwest of Italy. I lived for some months in Karlsruhe, southwest of Germany. I arrived there knowing nothing about German, I left knowing a little. And, by the way, I returned carrying with me so many good memories.
I like the place where I live as much as I like new adventures, I suppose. Everywhere there is a place where I can find a beer on draught, there my friend, you could find me.
